Quality is a major issue in Express Service Ltd.

Since privatization in Bulgaria the great majority of our customers have been prominent and global companies – such as HOLCIM, UMICORE, LUKOIL… They have imposed strict quality standards on their service suppliers. That’s how we find ourselves in a continuous process of keeping and further improving our quality as we want to meet our customers’ growing quality requirements and to attract new customers.

To control better our quality we have implemented Quality Management System according to EN ISO 9001:2000 (BS ISO 9001:2000) requirements. Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance has issued an Approval Certificate ¹368205.

We have also implemented a Quality Management System according to EN ISO 17025:2001 requirements. We have a manometer testing laboratory as a part of Express Service and this standard ensures the quality and accuracy of our tests.
