Holcim (Romania) has ordered new shunting locomotive from MDD 3-00 series.

Holcim is a global supplier of cement and aggregates and operates more than 400 plants all over the world. Holcim (Bulgaria) is Express Service customer for many years and we have delivered a lot of shunting locomotive for Holcim plants in the region. MDD 1, 2, and 3-00 shunting locos operate in Holcim plants in Bulgaria and Serbia and now we got an order for Campulung cement plant in Romania.

Holcim (Romania)'s new shunter will be of ouralready well-known MDD 3-00 series but will not be equipped with a command cab. There will be two modes of control - radio remote and from stand on board of the vehicle.
